Mai 2014 \u2013 TRUMPF hat ein Joint Venture f\u00fcr die generative Fertigung vereinbart. Partner ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte italienische Laserhersteller SISMA S.p.A., der zu 45 Prozent an dem neuen Unternehmen beteiligt ist, w\u00e4hrend TRUMPF 55 Prozent der Anteile h\u00e4lt. Beide Teilhaber bringen Know-how, Personal und Kapital in das Joint Venture ein. Die TRUMPF SISMA S.r.l. hat ihren Sitz im italienischen Piovene Rocchette bei Vicenza. Dort wollen TRUMPF und SISMA gemeinsam Fertigungssysteme der neuesten Generation f\u00fcr das 3-D-Drucken von Metallteilen entwickeln.<\/p><p>Mit dieser auch Additive Manufacturing genannten Technologie k\u00f6nnen direkt aus dem 3-D-Konstruktionsprogramm beliebige Teile aufgebaut werden: Sie entstehen Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht aus metallischem Pulver, gef\u00fcgt mit der Kraft des Lasers. Die Technologie hat das Potential, Verfahren wie Fr\u00e4sen oder Gie\u00dfen teilweise zu ersetzen. Die Bauteile sind dabei genauso belastbar und best\u00e4ndig wie ihre konventionell gefertigten Pendants.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Bereits heute qualifizieren Unternehmen aus verschiedensten Branchen Bauteile und Produkte, f\u00fcr deren Fertigung sich Additive Manufacturing anstelle bisheriger Verfahren eignet. Um hier L\u00f6sungen anbieten zu k\u00f6nnen, arbeitet TRUMPF sowohl am Headquarter in Ditzingen als auch gemeinsam mit SISMA an einem schnellen Markteinstieg. Mit ihrer hohen Kompetenz im Laser- und Maschinenbau wollen die Joint-Venture-Partner robuste, produktive Fertigungsmaschinen f\u00fcr die Serienproduktion anbieten. \u201cViele Maschinen, die heute im Markt sind, zielen eher auf den Prototypenbau\u201d, so Dr. Peter Leibinger, Vorsitzender der TRUMPF Lasertechnik. \u201cDoch in Zukunft wird es bei den Anlagen zur generativen Fertigung vor allem auf Industrietauglichkeit ankommen.\u201d<\/p><p>SISMA hat schon vor mehreren Jahren damit begonnen eine Additive Manufacturing-Maschine f\u00fcr die Fertigung kleinerer Metallgegenst\u00e4nde zu entwickeln. Diese Expertise bringt das italienische Unternehmen in das Joint Venture ein. Mit einem Umsatz von 33 Millionen Euro und rund 1000 verkauften Lasern pro Jahr ist SISMA der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Laserhersteller Italiens. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt etwa 130 Mitarbeiter und blickt auf mehr als 50 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pr\u00e4zisionsmechanik und Industrieautomation zur\u00fcck. Die wesentlichen Zielm\u00e4rkte des innovativen Laser- und Systemanbieters sind die Bereiche Schmuck, Fashion, Dental und Industrie.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>TRUMPF hat sich bereits im Jahr 2000 als Pionier in den Bereich des Additive Manufacturing begeben. Die \u201cTrumaForm\u201d \u2013 eine Universalmaschine f\u00fcr die generative Fertigung metallischer Werkstoffe \u2013 war ihrer Zeit jedoch voraus, da der Markt f\u00fcr die Serienfertigung von Bauteilen noch nicht entwickelt war.
