Kundeninduzierte Bauteile und Produkte sind auf Produktions-Level nicht mehr wegzudenken. Die technologische Reife im SLS (Selective Laser Sintern) und DMP (Direct Metal Printing) erlaubt es, anspruchsvolle Bauteile in der Direktfertigung werkzeuglos herzustellen. W\u00e4hrend andere Druckverfahren wie\u00a0<a title=\"3D Druck\" href=\"https:\/\/www.3d-model.com\/\/2012\/10\/06\/3d-druck\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">FDM, CJP<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0<\/a>etc. auf RP (Rapid Prototyping und Concept Modelling) ausgerichtet sind, lassen sich gesinterte Bauteile direkt einsetzen.<\/p><p>Der Anteil von Produktion von echten Bauteilen im 3D Druck, die f\u00fcr finale Produkte im 3D Druck Bereich eingesetzt werden, hat bereits 2013 die Ein-Milliarden Dollar Grenze geknackt.\u00a0 Auch Wholers Report unterstreicht, dass dies das gr\u00f6sste Einsatzgebiet in einer industriellen Serienfertigung in der Zukunft ist. Die Hersteller reagieren darauf und produzieren bereits heute beispielsweise den\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"ProX 300 3D Drucker DMP (Metall 3D Drucker)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.3d-model.com\/\/produkt\/prox-300-3d-drucker-dmp-metall-3d-drucker\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">ProX 300<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0Direktmetalldrucker, der Metallpulver mit einer Korngr\u00f6sse von 50 bis zu 5 \u00b5m sintert, was hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften in Dichte, Oberfl\u00e4chenperformance und filigransten Wandst\u00e4rken generiert. Eine serielle Fertigung von Bauteilen auf dieser Maschine wird durch das vollautomatisierte Materialhandling gew\u00e4hrt. Auch im Kunststoffbereich erweitern wir Kosteneffizienz durch \u00a0hohe Auffrischraten bei der Altpulvernutzung und optimale Prozessicherheit und Wiederholbarkeit durch das Zusammenwirken von einer\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"ProX 500 SLS 3D Drucker\" href=\"https:\/\/www.3d-model.com\/\/produkt\/prox-500-sls-3d-drucker\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">ProX 500<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0(Plus) Kunststoff Sinteranlage und Materialqualit\u00e4ts-Kontrollstation.<\/p><p>Doch alleine mit der Anschaffung einer Maschine ist es nicht getan. Beim additiven Bauprozess unterzieht sich der Nutzer weiterhin den vier wichtigsten S\u00e4ulen:<\/p><ul><li>Die Erstellung von Konstruktionsdaten (STL), mittels Zeichnung oder<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<a title=\"3D Scanner Capture for Control\" href=\"https:\/\/www.3d-model.com\/\/produkt\/3d-scanner-capture-for-control\/\">3D Scanner<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li><li>Die Datenaufbereitung, abgestimmt auf den additiven Prozess<\/li><li>Fertigung im Produktionsdrucker<\/li><li>Nachbearbeitung der gesinterten Bauteile (Oberfl\u00e4chenstrahlen, Gleitschleifen und gegebenenfalls Infiltration mit Farbe bei Kunststoff)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Vor dem Einsatz eines Direktfertigungsdruckers sollten die Anwendungen des zu entstehenden Produktes gepr\u00fcft werden. Der Additive Schichtaufbau erlaubt freie Geometrie, die beispielsweise aus der Bionik abgeleitet werden k\u00f6nnen, oder mehrere Bauteile k\u00f6nnen miteinander kombiniert und weitere Komponenten integriert werden. Gerade im Leichtbau beispielsweise ist der Einsatz von AM f\u00fcr Gewichtsoptimierungen durch Gitternetzstrukturen, oder eine Steigerung in der Performance gefragt. Der Konstrukteur steht vor den Herausforderungen zu fertigende Produkte unter den neuen, erweiterten Gesichtspunkten zu entwickeln. Es muss ein Umdenken zum klassischen, subtraktiven konventionellen Verfahren stattfinden.<\/p><ul><li>Geringe Winkel erh\u00f6hen die Sichtbarkeit von Stufen (Z-Achse)<\/li><li>Platzieren der Bauteile mit bester Verschachtelung f\u00fcr minimale Produktionszeiten und Kostensenkung (Schachteln, Auslegung in X \/ Y Achse)<\/li><li>Toleranzen f\u00fcr bewegliche Teile beachten<\/li><li>L\u00f6cher und St\u00e4be an Bauteildicke anpassen (je geringer die Wandst\u00e4rke umso kleinere, pr\u00e4zisere Aussparungen m\u00f6glich)<\/li><li>Eine Konstruktion, bei der die Entpulverung leicht f\u00e4llt (Bsp. Eine geschlossene Kugel kann ohne Loch nicht entpulvert werden, Ritzen und kleine Details wie Rohre beachten)<\/li><li>Anpassung der Dreieckanzahl im STL an das zu produzierende Bauteil<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>In der Fertigung selber punktet das SLS und DMP Verfahren vor allem darin, dass werkzeuglos gebaut wird. Kleine Serienproduktionen ab Losgr\u00f6sse 1, das Personalisieren von Produkten wie beispielsweise in der Medizin, oder eine integrierte Funktionalit\u00e4t wie wir diese von Scharnieren und Gelenken kennen. Oft spielt auch die \u00d6kologie eine grosse Rolle, wo wir hier aufgrund geringem Materialverbrauch durch den additiven Vorgang punkten.<\/p><p>Eines der f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen in der Schweiz ist unser Kunde, die Firma R\u00fcfenacht AG in Rohrbach. Unternehmen die sich jetzt bereits jetzt auf diese Umstellung einlassen wollen, k\u00f6nnen vorab einen AM Kurs bei der Firma 3D-MODEL \u00a0AG \/ 3D Systems buchen.
