Dieser 3D Drucker erm\u00f6glicht es auf der Basis der Zwei-Photonen-Lithographie, 3D Objekte im Nanometer-Bereich auszudrucken.<\/p><p>Mit nur 0.29 mm L\u00e4nge ist der 3d gedruckte Rennwagen unglaublich klein, wobei hier nicht die Gr\u00f6sse und die Details im Vordergrund stehen, sondern der Speed, mit dem das Ger\u00e4t druckt.Die Kombination von Detail und Schnelligkeit jedoch -in allen drei Dimensionen- birgt einen ganz neuen Bereich in der Anwendung wie zum Beispiel in der Medizin.<\/p><h2>REKORD IN GESCHWINDIGKEIT UND H\u00d6CHSTDETAILLIERT IN GENAUIGKEIT<\/h2><p>Wie in der Stereolithogrphie auch, basiert der neue 3D Drucker der TU Wien auf fl\u00fcssigem Harz, welches per Laserstrahl ausgeh\u00e4rtet wird. Die sehr d\u00fcnnen Laserstrahlen sind auch mit Grund \u00fcr die Genauigkeit und die Details. Sie h\u00e4rten das Harz bis in die Zehntausendstel Millimeter aus (100 NM). Die Polymer Linien sind hauchd\u00fcnn. Skulpturen, die so gross wie Sandk\u00f6rner sind, k\u00f6nnen mit diesem Nano 3 Drucker sogar strukturiert werden.<\/p><p>Professor J\u00fcrgen Stampfl vom Institut f\u00fcr Werkstoffwissenschaften und Werkstofftechnologie der TU Wien sagt \u201eBisher hat man die Druckgeschwindigkeit in Millimetern pro Sekunde gemessen \u2013 unser Ger\u00e4t schafft in einer Sekunde f\u00fcnf Meter.\u201c \u2013 Ein Weltrekord in der Zwei-Photonen-Lithographie. Eine der Herausforderungen war es wohl bei dieser hohen Druckgeschwindigkeit das Abbremsen und Beschleunigen zu kontrollieren.<\/p><h2>LICHTAKTIVE MOLEK\u00dcHLE H\u00c4RTEN KUNSTSTOFF<\/h2><p>\u201eDas Harz enth\u00e4lt Molek\u00fcle, die vom Laserlicht aktiviert werden.
