In dieser Live-Session erh\u00e4ltst du einen praxisnahen Rundgang durch den gesamten additiven Fertigungsprozess: von der Auswahl geeigneter Materialien, \u00fcber die optimale Faser\u00adlegung bis hin zum perfekten Finish. Wir richten gemeinsam einen modernen FFF-Drucker ein, bereiten die Druckdaten vor, definieren Schicht\u00adst\u00e4rken, Geschwindigkeiten und Toleranzen. <\/p>\n

Nach dem Druck erkl\u00e4ren wir Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt, wie sich St\u00fctz\u00adstrukturen sauber entfernen lassen und welche Methoden (z. B. Schleifen, Polieren, Lackieren) aus einem Rohling ein hochwertiges Endprodukt machen.<\/span><\/p>\n

In der Online-Demonstration wird dir gezeigt, wie der komplette additive Fertigungsprozess der 3D-Druck-Technologie FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) abl\u00e4uft. Erkl\u00e4rt wird dir der Prozess am Beispiel des Raise3D 3D-Druckers Pro3. Du lernst, wie die Einrichtung und Vorbereitung des 3D-Druckers funktioniert. Auch wird dir gezeigt, wie die Bauteilentnahme nach dem 3D-Druck funktioniert und welche Nachbearbeitungsm\u00f6glichkeiten sich dir f\u00fcr die Bauteile bieten.<\/p>
